Aramco announced the development of one of the largest CCS hubs in the world to support meeting net-zero Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2050. The Aramco Jubail CCS Hub will contribute to the Kingdom’s Saudi Green Initiative target by capturing and storing 9 MMtpa by 2027.

This presentation will cover the past, present, and future landscape of CCS at Aramco and will deep dive into the Jubail Hub. The key drivers for expansion of CCS targets will be discussed with a focus on the integral role of technologies development.
