One of the challenges facing innovative companies leading the charge to develop a Hydrogen Economy is the accessing the necessary high performance materials technologies at volume. AvCarb’s strategy is to develop, manufacture, and scale enabling carbon technologies that are critical to electrochemical technologies including fuel cells, electrolyzers, energy storage batteries and carbon capture.  We will discuss Gas Diffusion Layer advancements in mechanical properties and micro porous layer design to meet the needs of next generation PEM fuel cell products, as well as new carbon electrode product and capabilities for hydrogen electrolysis. We will also present our progress to date in building production capacity and on the road ahead.
