2 kW Electrolyzer Stack

The SunGreenH2 AST0002-2.1 electrolyzer stack is a 2 kW system designed to produce up to 1 kg of hydrogen per day with an efficiency of 82% (HHV). The stack operates with a power supply of 32-40 VDC and consumes 48 kWh per kilogram of hydrogen produced. It features a PGM-free catalyst and requires a 1M KOH electrolyte. Operating at a temperature range of 60-70°C, the stack is compact, weighing 50 kg and measuring 256.3mm (W) x 327.5mm (H) x 190mm (D). It is designed for reliable long-term operation with a membrane replacement required every 3-4 years
