ARTIST STUDIO - Where design for dome reinforcements starts

ARTIST STUDIO supports engineers with dedicated features for dome reinforcements that are only available with FPP technology, e.g. non-geodesic reinforcement designs.

The CAD module, Patch Artist, is the tool for designing reinforcement laminates for different tank models and can be combined with a data interface to different commercial simulation software.

The patch design directly links to production data via the CAM module Motion Artist. This module performs a fully automated offline robot programming, based on an accurate virtual twin of the SAMBA Pro PV production system and the laminate designed in Patch Artist. The entire placement process can be simulated before actual production, incl. automated collision check.
