Since 1977, PDC’s compressors have been the preferred choice for use in industrial & specialty gas, petrochemical, semiconductor, and renewable energy markets. Over the last 20 years PDC has expanded  focus on hydrogen markets, with more than 1,400 compressors installed in hydrogen energy applications worldwide to date.

Our machines compress hydrogen sources such as electrolyzers, reformers, and tube trailers to 1000 bar, supporting a variety of hydrogen energy applications, including mobility.

PDC can supply bare compressor units up to fully automated compression systems with PLC controls. We offer models to suit a wide range of capacities, with compressor discharges pressures to 15,000 psig (1,000 barg), typical flow rates based on compression ratio to 320 scfm (500 Nm3/Hr), power consumptions to 200 Hp (150 kW).
