As many physical values have to be acquired during the development of fuel cell systems, the use of a scalable system for all measurement tasks leads to considerable time and cost savings. The Vector CSM E-Mobility Measurement System is suitable for many applications in the field of e-mobility thanks to its standardized protocols, adapted interfaces and flexible expansion options. For the optimization of the fuel cell system many values, such as temperatures, flow rates, pressure in the media supply and cooling system have to be measured – often in HV environments. Measurements of the electric powertrain, such as current, voltage and shield current, as well as the calculation of power values in real time are also possible. All acquired values are combined in powerful analyses with Vector software solutions. The robust and compact measurement technology also offers flexible application options both on the test bench and in mobile road tests.
