SAATI's advanced fabrics are designed for high performance applications in energy conversion and storage technologies. These materials are designed to meet the demands of electrolyzer stacks and membrane systems in harsh environments. 

The fabrics incorporate advanced polymers such as PPS and PEEK to provide high temperature resistance and excellent chemical stability in harsh electrolysis conditions. The top products in this range are PEEK 195/75 and PPS 145/50, which exemplify the high performance capabilities of these materials.

A key feature of SAATI fabrics is the precision weave of the monofilaments, resulting in accurate mesh openings and surface flatness. This precision is particularly beneficial in membrane fabrication, allowing for tailored open areas that can improve transport properties when used as reinforcement.

Despite their high porosity, these fabrics retain strong mechanical strength due to the use of high tenacity monofilaments. The manufacturing process, which includes weaving and thermosetting, ensures stable yarn interlacing and provides strength in both warp and weft directions.
