Luca is responsible the overall coordination and execution of activities to define and implement the Baker Hughes’ strategy. He synchronizes activities across product companies, lead the definition and development of collaborations and strategic partnerships, coordinates internal programs, customer projects, acts as a liaison for inorganic integrations, and supports the thought leadership strategy in the marketplace. Luca has a significant experience in the renewable energy, circular economy, and energy efficiency sectors, with competencies that span from strategy definition and execution to project development and new services. He mastered his negotiations skills on both sell and buy side, successfully completed several M&A projects, and gained extensive experience as Board of Directors member (also as MD/Chairman). Luca holds a M.Sc. in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, prepared the thesis at the Indian Institute of Technology Mumbai, studied both in Finland and Spain and started his career with an internship in Sri Lanka.
