Norbert holds a Master of Science degree in environmental protection from the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin and an environmental engineer from the Szczecin University of Technology. Since 2010 in the mele® Group responsible for technology in the biogas sector. Following the transistion of the european energy market influenced as well by the environmental requirements as geopolitical events he is co-responsible for finding and implementing innovative energy solutions through the mele® Group worldwide. Involved in companys market development in many contries as well as in various research and development projects he became an international project manager with experience in Germany, Brazil, China and Poland between others.
