Stephen specializes in technical-financial optimization of green hydrogen and other power-to-X products, expanding traditional project finance modeling to reflect hourly power flows and plant constraints. He joined Green Giraffe to expand its internal technical team, moving from the Structured Finance team at Bloom Energy, a U.S.-based solid oxide electrolyser OEM and project developer. Prior to Bloom, Stephen worked in commercial space, defense, and energy resiliency for U.S. government contractors at Avascent, a specialist aerospace consulting firm. He holds a degree in Global Affairs from Yale University.
